Reiki Usui Shiki Ryoho literally means “The art of natural healing according to the Usui method.”
However, the First Level Reiki Usui Method course is not only focused on self-healing and natural healing; it is also a journey of discovering one’s talents, life mission, inner strength, and personal evolution.
Reiki enables a profound transformation in one’s life by supporting spiritual research and personal growth, as well as harmony within the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies.
During the two days of theoretical and practical training, you will receive the Reiki initiation through the Four Activation Ceremonies and learn how to perform Reiki treatments both on yourself and on others.
The course also explores the meaning and history of Reiki, the principles at the foundation of its transmission, the relationship between Psyche and Soma and Psychosomatic Theory, Chakra Theory, and the phenomenological approach of Family Constellations.
All topics are designed to support and prepare you so that the transmission of Reiki can be received with understanding and conscious participation.
The Master will also accompany each student beyond the seminar, so that the Reiki path can continue to be a source of support and guidance in daily life.

Beyond the Seminar
The Master accompanies each student especially beyond the seminar.
The work done during the course prepares you to receive Reiki and practice treatments, but daily Reiki practice is essential to nourish the connection with your center, well-being, and harmony.
As this is a journey of self-rediscovery, any doubts or situations requiring guidance can be shared with the Master, in order to consciously and harmoniously welcome the changes supported by the Reiki path.
In addition, you will always have free access to:
- Dedicated WhatsApp group for all students, to exchange experiences, reflections, and questions. I will regularly share new materials, studies, and research to support your understanding of Reiki.
- Bi-monthly Zoom meetings for students, where we gather to share what is unfolding, answer live questions, and deepen various topics. Each meeting ends with a Reiki meditation to reconnect and support our lives.
- Reiki Retreat: a free retreat reserved for our student community, where we explore themes, philosophies, symbols, and readings.
Master
Kailash Giacomo Vissani, Reiki Master of La Città della Luce, Family and Systemic Constellations Facilitator, Akashic Records Master and Reader, Counselor, Coach, and Trainer.
Graduated in Business Administration from Bocconi University, since 2006 Kailash has been engaged in spiritual research and personal evolution. After ten years working as a manager, he now offers his expertise to individuals and organizations for holistic personal and community development.
La Città della Luce is an intentional community of Reiki Masters, founded on Reiki and guided by its principles, bringing growth, change, and evolution into the world for over 25 years. Its founder, Akshara Umberto Carmignani, encountered Reiki in 1992 and has shared his experience in training seminars for over 30 years.
Kailash is one of the Reiki Masters of La Città della Luce and, since meeting Akshara in 2006 through the First Level, has carried the energy of Reiki and the principles of the community into the world with love, joy, and brotherhood.
Being a Reiki Master of La Città della Luce means embodying Reiki in every aspect of life, deeply immersing oneself in its principles, energy, and guidance, and drawing upon over 30 years of Reiki practice and knowledge. Technical Information
- A Certificate of Participation will be issued at the end of the seminar.
- Body temperature may vary during treatments; comfortable, layered clothing is recommended.
- Blankets and cushions will be provided; participants are asked to bring their own personal mat.
- Upon request, a certificate for ECF credit recognition can be issued.
